Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

At Corptax Digital and Corptax Accountants LLP, we stand behind the quality of our professional services and our software ecosystem. Because our work involves government filings, legal expertise, and digital licensing, we follow a structured refund and cancellation policy.

A. Professional Services (Tax, Corporate & Legal)

  • Service Initiation: Once a professional service has commenced (e.g., tax data analysis started, SECP documents drafted, or legal consultation provided), the service fee is non-refundable.
  • Government Fees & Challans: Any payments made toward government regulatory bodies (FBR, SECP, PRA, SRB, etc.) are processed through official portals and are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Client-Led Delays: Refunds will not be issued if a filing is delayed or rejected due to the client’s failure to provide accurate documents or respond to information requests within the statutory deadlines.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment, provided no work has started. A refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative and bank processing fee.

B. Software Products (Delfin ERP & DelfinPOS)

Our software solutions are provided as either a one-time license or a Subscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.

  • Software Licensing (One-Time): Once a license key for Delfin ERP or DelfinPOS has been generated and delivered to the client, the sale is final and non-refundable.
  • Subscription Models (Monthly/Annual): * Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.
    • No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining period of a current billing cycle once the software has been accessed.
  • Technical Compatibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their hardware meets the minimum system requirements for DelfinPOS or Delfin ERP prior to purchase. Refunds will not be granted for hardware incompatibility.
  • Implementation & Training: Fees paid for software installation, data migration, or staff training sessions are non-refundable once the sessions have been scheduled or conducted.

C. Digital Tools & Web Assets

  • Website Usage: Access to our online Tax Calculator and Global Verification tools is provided “as-is.” Fees for premium portal access (if applicable) are non-refundable once the account is activated.
  • Custom Development: Any custom modules developed for a client’s specific version of Delfin ERP are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at the start of the project and are generally non-refundable.

D. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above:

  1. Submit a Request: Email connect@corptaxdigital.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Business Name].”
  2. Review Period: Our accounts department will review the progress of your case/software setup within 5–7 working days.
  3. Payment: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 10–14 business days.

E. Force Majeure

Corptax Digital is not responsible for service interruptions or software downtime caused by government portal outages (FBR/SECP server crashes), national internet disruptions, or changes in provincial/federal tax laws that render a previous filing or software logic obsolete.
